FINANCE COUNCIL
The role of the Parish Finance Council is to advise the pastor in the financial administration of the parish, such as trends in income and expenses. It develops and conducts programs to encourage pshioners to share God's gifts of time, talent and treasure.This council also assists the pastor in the coordination and formulation of the annual budget and provides counsel and advice regarding significant expenditures and other financial issues. It is responsible for the annual report to the parish congregation on the financial condition of St. Mary Parish and reviews audit recommendations and suggests an appropriate response.
Members are appointed by the pastor, and meetings are held in the Rectory as required.
